About Our Parish

Parish Mission Statement
May we be continually led by the example of Saint Thomas More and his commitment to serve God above all others.

May we continue to lead others by our example of justice, fairness, temperance and devotion to our God in our service to all God’s people.

All of our parish commissions are in need of new members who would help vision, plan and organize the subcommittees that come under their responsibility... Please consider how you can share your talents and time with the parish and the greater community.

Who We Are
The St. Thomas More Parish has been serving the spiritual needs of Catholic families and students in the Durham, Lee and Madbury areas since 1947. With a membership of nearly 600 families, the St. Thomas More community is the cornerstone of the Catholic faith community in the Durham/Lee/Madbury area as well as for Catholic students at the University of New Hampshire. The parish also is home to a substantial number of parishioners from Barrington, Dover and Newmarket.  [more ... ]
