· Help sort donations beginning Aug. 24 – You just need to show up
· Sundays, Aug. 24 & Aug. 31 - 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
· Mon., Aug. 25–Fri. Aug. 29 - 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
· Sat Aug 30 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
· Mon Sept. 1 Labor Day 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
· Mon., Sept. 2–Fri. Sept. 5 - 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
· All items need to be sorted into the proper department (clothing, books, electronics, sporting goods, linens, toys, white elephant, furniture, garden, holiday, high-end, art, etc.
· Within each department, there is a lot of organizing to do …
- Folding / hanging clothes
- Sorting books by category
- Group appliance (clocks, radios, tvs …check that they work)
- Polish and price furniture
- Fold and label linens
- Categorize toys
- Etc, etc, etc …..

SIGN UP TO WORK THE DAY OF THE YARD SALE
• Early morning set-up crew starts at 6:00 a.m.
• Each sales department needs volunteers to sell the goods! Sign up at the back of church for the 9:00 – 12:00 or 12:00 to 3:00 shifts. (the sign-up sheets will be in the Student Center after Labor Day … its not too late to sign up) Report to department coordinator the day of the sale.
• Bake goodies for bake sale (Drop off the morning of yard sale)
• Cook a side dish or salad for BBQ (Bring the morning of yard sale)
• Help clean up … sale ends at 3:00 … we need to get everything hauled away by 5:00 Mass!
